This project entailed the renovation of an existing movie house into a new performance facility. Goals for the building included accommodating new seating and sight lines, plus improving acoustics and upgrading support facilities. A new, five-story rehearsal facility and support building was also added. In addition, an adjacent hotel was converted into the Signature School.
